Gunners have had an easy start with their matches, the Xmas period is always a decider in the race for the title, and United are always slow starters, so considering they are 2nd at this stage, it proves a bad sign for the rest!!

I agree with that Wolfe~,
Like the man said: "It's a game of two halves". In the case of the big picture that is before Christmas and after Christmas.
Yes, traditionally United have gathered steam in the second half but don't write off the Scousers. They don't leak, but they certainly lack penetration, after all they are unbeaten but have 6 draws, and like the Gunners have a match in hand? Now, that form won't win you the Championship, but you could certainly lift a cup on the day?
I had a real "executive decision" to make in the early hours of this morning: should I stay up and watch Denver Broncos v. Tennessee Titans. or should I go to bed?

The Gunners have 2 problems:
1. They leak at the back
2. Half their goals have come from three players
United, Scousers and the Blues will be in around, and City can pull a Cup upset on their day.
There's a long way to go
Anyways, we all know it is a fix to get their most famous supporter out of hiding
They used to leak at the back, but removing Lehman was the right move, hope they turf his butt back to Germany, or god willing let him sign with Chelsea...lol
Those 3 players are doing wonders, and actually it's more like 5 of them...and any manager in the division would love to have a Fabregas...one of the best pickups by AW, and getting rid of Henry was also a bold stroke...allowed the rest of the team to flourish..
The draws with Liverpool and United were good results, and these are still for the most part kids....but yeah the tough period is coming up and usually by January everyone will have an idea of who will finish and in what position...

I still put my money on United in the long run - could be a good option for a double for the champions league too. Because at the moment, they're not playing well and still winning - always a good sign!
