    I can help you on windows

    1) Right-click on any folder.
    2) Go to the Properties tab.
    3) Go to the Advanced tab.
    4) Check the “Encrypt contents to secure data” option.
    5) Hit “Ok”
    6) Press “Apply” and then press “Ok”
