File Server / Temp Files
I have had a couple users have an issue with a file they are working on from the file server, when they save it, it gives them a space/access error. However, if they go in and delete the temp file and then try to save it, they do not have an issue. How can I keep the temp files off of the file server?

I can't remember exactly where, but I do know this.
In Microsoft office applications, theres a option (tools --> Options) to not save temp files on the remote server.
You might check that if this is Microsoft software.

Is this it?
Click Tools -> Options
Click the Save tab
Check "Make local copy of files stored on network or removable drives"
