According to a survey done by IDC (International Data Corp), the worldwide demand for IS Services was approximately $ 8 billion in 2001, estimated at $ 23.6 billion by 2006. Correspondingly, there is a growing demand for Information Security (IS) professionals- -this research pegs the current demand for IS professionals at over 60,000 worldwide. This is estimated to grow to over 1,88,000 worldwide by 2008. Hence, there is a need for systematic education in Cyber Security.
As you are aware today our dependency on the internet and computer has increased and with it the vulnerability to the computer system and Internet but the awareness regarding this in India is still far behind than that in the western world. Off late we have witnessed a tremendous rise in cyber crimes and with it the increase in threat to our Information Security industry more than ever before. Furthermore, practically every crime now involves electronic evidence and law enforcement personnel need the expertise to deal with these cases. Hence there is an increasing demand for highly skilled computer security experts who can safeguard the Internet. This is where courses like these are going to become groundbreaking.
IMT-Centre for Distance Education is recognized by Distance Education Council and the Diplomas awarded by IMT-Centre for Distance Education would be recognized by Distance Education Council, Govt. of India.
Happy Hacking and I look forward to meeting you at IMT soon!
Warm Regards
Ankit Fadia

Hmmm,
Well, I've said it before and I'll say it again: Ankit Fadia is a legend in his own imagination.
Basically a creature spawned by the Indian media drones.
Not really a name to mention on a professional computing site unless they have a "humour" forum.

Oh those were the days, the internet was still young, not many country's were using the old interwebs.
A teenage skript kiddie from india, copy's and past's a lot of other peoples work. Indian people in he's 60man village think he is genius, as they not know of this Internet just yet.
Some book company gives him sack of biscuits and water so he can feed he's family and village for year.
Copy and paste get published into not make much sense book, book makes it into real world, people see that he has copy and pasted there work and not bothered to change a word. Indian folk don't agree as there teenage genius would not do that, us wersterners are gelous that he smarter.
People ask him to do lectures in he's village, he get's dry patch and cannot steal more work from internet, so he stop doing lecture's for a while.
Indians worship he's book, and he still give lectures about techniches that were usuable in the 90's but wouldn't work in this day in age.
Thus more script kiddies emerge.
i could type more but my finger sore. and i thirsty.
Oh but i must say the Certificate that one get's at the end of Copy 'n Paste lesson is made from very good imported paper, it very good to wipe bum with it nice and soft.

I myself am now in my early to mid-twenties. Most of the people I occasionally exchange text with are married with kids now. Fadia might have a childlike demeanor but I doubt he's still in his teens.
I, for one, dislike him for reasons that have nothing to do with his book. And alot of people road the computer security bandwagon of 97-2000. None of them knew anything about computers either. So I don't care about that...
But when that joker used parts of my online monkier for a domain name... he went way to far.
