Opinion Poll:experts-exchange.com
So have any of you had any experience with this site http://www.experts-exchange.com and what is your opinion?
My intent is to give access to some of the junior techs around here so they can ask their "smart" questions there instead of asking me.

Tried to vote, says poll is closed.
I've always been very pleased with it. There have been times I could only find an answer there when googling everywhere else.

The Wolfman used to use Expert Exchange all the time until they began charging people for premium answers. After this, I discovered a better tool called google. Groups.google.com to be more specific. It's free and usually you can find anything your looking for

I personally liked it and used to find answers on it when google-ing. But now they charge and its kind of lame, im sure the people answering questions are still the same though, pretty good.

I have gone to that site in the past, but i really don't see the point in going there and having to pay to get a direct answer to a question.
When you can just go to a site where you don't need to pay a fee to get help with a question.
You get the questions answered eventually.

I find that google works just as well...and the MS newsgroups are also a great resource for MS specific questions.
Also most vendors have thier own forums where you usually can find answers

Google more times than not leads me to Experts Exchange.
I discovered a small loophole of sorts regarding the fees -- I singed up for EE well before they started charging...Evidently since my account's old, they still don't charge me for logging into it.
Now if only I could remember my password.

Weird things going on at AO this morning. hmmpf.
Anyway thanks for all your input, I've decided to have them all sign up for AO, so UNCLE NIHIL get ready for some newbies. I'll leave them in your more than capable hands.
I figured EE was a bit of a wash considering the amount of skill here and at Google groups that doesn't cost dinero.
Thanks again and happy belated new year.
