    Smile Ie and MS Update Website. hmmmm.

    Just re-installed office 2003 after the older install corrupted itself, anyhow went to get it updated via the Ms update website, so i launched ie and typed in the url smashed the enter key and was greeted with this error message.

    Hmmmm,

    So they don't recognise Beta software, not even their own.

    I see that there is an "IE7 Emulation" tab at the top of the screen............ did you try that?

    It's probably due to Active-X being turned off..

    You get the same message if you use FF.
