    NCC systems "flawed"?

The National Counterterrorism Center is disputing charges that the computer system that compiles information on terrorists and suspected terrorists from government agencies is ineffective and hindering its ability to track terrorists.

You guys have spent half a billion greenbacks on this puppy.

The report says the system upgrade, called Railhead, does not have the ability to search e-mails and discussion threads, images or attachments.
Hmm all they need to do is pay some spam writers to write an app and the problem will be solved.
