    Too short to be a tutorial and isn't appropriate for the other forums.

    Hmmm,

    Hard to say, as it could well go in "Hints and Tips"? yet it is about programming.

    Acting as "devil's advocate" (so to speak) it would depend on how you interpret English. Does "question" mean a question about, or a question of?

    //off topic

    I also don't believe in the 501(c) nonsense/tax exemption status. If a person wishes to give to a charity, then they should do so from their heart without expecting a handout (tax credit et al) from Uncle Sam.
    Over here it is a bit simpler. If I donate to a charity then I just fill out a form and the charity gets the tax refund from the state. After all, our rules say that charities are non-taxable, so why should they be taxed by proxy?

    What was wrong with "Web Development"?

    seems more appropriate? yes? no?

    Yes, that looks right as we already have a hitcounter in there, and this is a tool for web developers and managers rather than a programming discussion?

    I looked at web development. Its more about applications then web page design. JavaScript does constitute "programming" by the content and defination of the programming forum.

    Hmmm perhaps.. but had you posted the code HERE it would be seen as such..

    BUT I think I do understand why you didn't post the code here (reads Jupmedia's Terms and conditions)

    Question

    I feel that this could be in "Tips 'N Tricks". And also here in Web Development.

    Pretty nice load timer, not the neatest but it will do the trick none the less.

    Also i noticed that it would rely on the user having Java script enabled, but what would happen if it was disabled?

    Would the script still log the data? Could you maybe post up a little more information about this script. At least that way those that know very little about web development will have all the answers to there questions all on the one page.

    Next time you drop a candy wrapper on the ground, jaywalk, or park someplace without a permit... I think I'll post about it.
