EULA
I was reading the EULA of some software I just installed and noticed this:
THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT FAULT TOLERANT AND SHOULD NOT BE USED IN ANY ENVIRONMENT WHICH REQUIRES THIS, SUCH AS ON-LINE CONTROL OF AIRCRAFT. (But damn that would be cool)

I think that the guy was a university student, and had a sense of humour regarding his freeware offering? It is a CPU performance, process monitor, and RAM defragmentation tool.
You can get it here:

It is a bit old (2001) and says it works with 9x, NT and 2k............... it also works with XP SP3 but the author wouldn't have known that.
