WHAT??
DO NOT post your REAL NAME or EMAIL, and DO NOT post ANYTHING to the forum that you do not want search engines to find, and DO NOT post CONTACT INFO of any kind.
Is this a top secret underground site?

No, we just don't want to endure the whining afterward, "I'm getting spam!", "My name returns in searches!", etc.

Jeez,
Spam... I have no trouble finding that delete key.
My name is also in the phone book, with caller ID and an answering machine the beasties are kept at bay.

But you'd be amazed how many of those e-mails I get each month. "How do I delete my account? Every time I search on my name your forum returns! I put my business name in my post and now clients searching on it get your forum!". I've seen it so many times I know it by heart.

I don't use my real name on this forum, but a misspelling of my first name. Either way, I wouldn't be too concerned. I can't really think of anything I have posted that I wouldn't want my employer to see. It's not like this is /b/ or something...
