    Abt Public Chat Rooms

If we are not Mod or Admin for that chat room... how can we ban other chatters from chat rooms... Is there any codings or tools for this purpose?
    Let me know

Well, it all depends on what chat room you are talking about, and how it is set up. You should probably just report them to a mod or admin.

Hmm , for the particular channel you wont be able to "ban" them but I presume you can kill their IP with various tools.

If you are not a Moderator or Admin you can't "ban" anybody. As I am sure you can imagine, if you could it would be total anarchy.

What you might be able to do is set up a "private" chatroom that is by invitation only. Most chatrooms seem to have this facility. That wway you could "exclude" other chatters by not inviting them.

As others said, it depends on what 'chatroom' you're talking about.

On IRC, try using "/ignore" command. It works quite effectively to filter out whatever the other annoying person is saying in the channel.
