UK gets cheaper pricing on 7 :)
POOR HARD DONE BY BRITS looking to buy a copy of Microsoft's long-awaited apology for the whole Vista debacle, otherwise known as Windows 7, will be pleased – and probably a little shocked – to discover that they can get their hands on a copy of the operating system for close to half the price our colonial cousins will have to pay.

Thats because they not only tax you for everything but they also claim every new product is monopolising the market.

that's how they keep people living middle-class lifestyles on the dole.

I would say they are trying out a different marketing model
Vista sales were so crap over here they have to think of something new.
1. MS pretty much have the new domestic computer systems' OSes sewn up.
2. They need to persuade business users to migrate. Not that easy in a recession?
If they can sell a decent product to "early adopters" to upgrade their systems, they stand a chance of getting word of mouth recommendations?
With Vista, you could pick it up here for those kind of prices, but only after it had bombed.

Such a shame that these eighty year olds with dementia still drove in such large numbers to the booths. Thats how someone completely out of touch actually stayed in.
Otherwise it would have just been Ron Paul and Obama the whole time.

Move up here. I wanted Ron too and apparently I wasn't the only one, because he had MAJOR support in my town. We aren't exactly known for rallies or anything like that but when Ron Paul was up, there were people in the streets with RP signs and stuff.
The main reason I wanted him was because he was the closest thing to a Libertarian we had; http://www.lp.org
That's why I get to argue with people about political views at any time; I can find problems with the ass and the elephant.
Someone on here once said one way you can catch a Democrat is by using a trap with Granola bars and hippie music playing. You can do the same to a Republican with a jar of Oil, and really bad Country playing.
