    Nihil,

I looked in my 'User CP', under advanced options, and I didn't see anything about editing mode. I only had two options there: 'Event Reminders' and 'Attachments'. Perhaps I am looking in the wrong area?

The option did not appear when editing, and selecting 'go advanced'. It really isn't too big of a deal. It just struck me as odd. I suppose if nothing else, I could use the 'code' blocks to post stuff that might result in an unintended smiley.

    Code:
    Lets see... :) :D :drink:

Although, I am not sure that links will work in here... http://www.antionline.com
I appreciate the tips, input etc.

Hey Westin - Are you using a plain text editor or the WYSIWYG interface?

Alright, nihil and CTO hit it on the head. I was looking at the wrong misc options. I have the full wysiwyg interface now, and I have the option to disable smilies.

    Thanks for the input. :)
