Watch tv channels online
I don't have a TV and I would like to either by one of these softwares like anyTV or register in a website with such capability to be able to watch TV channels online. Not expensive please.
I appreciate to know your suggestions. Have you used anyTV? Do you suggest softwares or websites? I'm really interested in CNN  so please your suggestion include this channel as well 
Also I have a 21" monitor so I'm interested in good qualities.

And hulu.com <- you may need to load up a proxy to view, i'm in australia and i always get a you need to be in the usa to view this content message, so i have to use a free proxy service like http://hotspotshield.com
and for CNN i would recommend http://www.atdhe.net/watchtv.html / http://www.atdhe.net/index.html
