Internet Security only protects the problems created by the use of the internet. A virus is on the whole computer whether we use internet or not. We should use Virus Protection. So, our full System mat is Protected.

1) The Windows 10 built-in anti-virus is fine and avoids conflicts.

2) And, add Malwarebytes (free version is ok, paid better).

Antivirus protects the computer from viruses, whereas, Internet Security suite protects the system from spyware, spam, computer worms, viruses, and other advanced malware. ... Antivirus provides the necessary protection, whereas, Internet Security provides protection against Internet threats.
