Reverse steganography, request for assistance
I do hope that I will be able to find some assistance here. I have an audio file, a .wav to be specific. Someone on a forum claimed to pull an image from this audio file. I have been attempting to learn the ways of steganography and manipulation of audio files in general, but would greatly appreciate some assistance for this specific problem.
Here is the audio file:

(If you prefer another method of retrieving the files, let me know)
The picture that was claimed to be pulled from that audio file is below.
WavImage.png
The exact words by the person who claimed to extract that image were "if you convert the raw data back and load it up in a jpg you get this."
Unfortunately, I have no way of contacting this person to inquire about their process. Others whom I've been discussing this with have attempted to duplicate the extraction but unfortunately none of us have the required skills yet (or possibly the person claiming to have extracted it was lying and there is no hidden image).
My main reason for posting this here is to see if the process can be duplicated to verify that the image did get pulled from the .wav file. And if so, what is the process?
Thanks in advance for any help that you may provide!

Thank you for your response.
Dragon speech, the dictation software? So you say they would have uploaded the .wav to it and.. how would a picture come from it?
Mind you, when the .wav is loaded into notepad++, there is metadata indicating the use of photoshop.
I don't seem to have a knack for this. I've been trying to learn but I'm afraid I'm a long shot from understanding these techniques the way the people of this forum understand them.
Again, thanks in advance for any help that may be provided!

Play the .wav file and have something like Dragon speech, the dictation software print it in wordpad or the like then take a screenshot of the page using the snipping tool. Fact is win 7 has a " Turn on dictation for all programs"

Save the screenshot as a .jpg.
