Create a knowledge base
How would I go about creating a knowledge base for my work? Systems running 32bit (x86) windows 7
Something with drop downs arrows - click on the problem the customer is having and have it open links, to resolve the customer issues.. tutorials, videos how tos etc.. We don't have a knowledge base at work so we just rely on google. I believe it would benefit us if we had one. What code HTML AND JAVASCRIPT? ALL HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
