Paid anti-virus anti-malware software necessary if you're on Windows?
With Microsofts investment in their Security Essentials for older products and Defender for the newer Windows 10 product suite, what is everyones opinion of still going with a third-party paid solution? Are the third party virus definitions updated more or less frequently, are they more thorough and do a better job of detecting the malware/virus? I would think that MS would have an advantage of protecting their own product better than other folks but everyone know you don't get anything for free in life so i'm a little hesitant of putting all my trust into MS? What's everyones thought on this?
