Not able to install my softwares due to avast
Hi al, I'm trying to install a program on my computer, but avast keeps blocking it's setup from installing the program. I know that program is trusted and i can use it. is their any way to install the program without uninstall my antivirus ?

Hi friend, If you don't want to uninstall avast, I recommend you to disable it temporarily..

Open Avast Free Antivirus, then click "Antivirus" followed by "Settings." You can paste the file paths you copied in the “File path” field where you see “(enter file path).” Click “Add” and the program will be excluded from all of Avast's protection shields, including virus scanning.

To unblock the program, open Avast and click on “Settings”. Paste the file path in the File path field. Click Add for the antivirus to exclude the program from the protection shields. Turn the Avast shields on after adding the file exclusion.

If you purchased this from their website, then you can download the installer again, then reinstall. Your online account has the keys to reactivate it.
That is, if it was a legitimate copy... Some details are missing from your statement, as in where did this download originate from?

Note that the OP (original poster), "khojdo0" has not been back since they posted their original question on June 21st, 2018 which was almost 5 years (4 years, 8 months, 2 weeks, 3 days) ago.
