Hey , can anybody spread the word about top tier software developers? What are your thoughts about it?

I'm thinking it'd be almost impossible to put together a list like that.
Accounting Software alone would take someone years to evaluate all the different versions out there.

Which programmers do you think are more popular? Ruby? Magento? C ++, C # or other?

I don’t think that there is such a list that lists the best software companies since there are specialized projects [** deleted **] which are the best in their field and they have no competitors. For example, the backup topic, even for giants of companies software production, is very far away. Either the selection of keys for activating medical or narrow-profile equipment is also more common in companies that specialize in this.

I think that Python is more popular now. A lot of the programmers use it for gaming websites.
