You can Google-> compare windows 10 versions
And find many articles like:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/compare
Any version will run fine on a i5.

I am running Win 10 HOME on an i5 machine and all is well..
If you'll look at the URL I posted, Windows 10 PRO has a few more functions...but those other functions don't run all the time.

The biggest reason you'd wanna use Pro is more control or in a work environment. I like to disable windows automatic updates which as far as ive read can only be done in the (maybe) Pro and Ultimate versions of Win 10. There's just something i hate about it installing updates without my approval.

Automatic updates can be disabled in Windows 10 Home as well.
