Firefox opens alot of UDP listen ports

    Hi all

I encountered a strange notification from windows Firewall about blocking firefox inbound connection, so i reviewd the rules of for inbound in Windows firewall advance settings and find two blocking rules for firefox one for all inbound UDP conneciton and other all inbound TCP connection with no excption for both so i digged deeper using netstat cmd and found alot of UDP listen ports made by firefox , please note this event trigered when i opened a certien website, Also those new rules effect the broswing for some everyday website.
so if anybody had ideas whay firefox open those listen ports please i am all ears.
    thanks,

Don't know if this is of any help but, here it is:

    https://www.adminsub.net/tcp-udp-port-finder/14008
Application examples that often use UDP: voice over IP (VoIP), streaming media and real-time multiplayer games. Many web applications use UDP, e.g. the Domain Name System (DNS), the Routing Information Protocol (RIP), the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).
    ...
TCP guarantees delivery of data packets on port 14008 in the same order in which they were sent. Guaranteed communication over TCP port 14008 is the main difference between TCP and UDP. UDP port 14008 would not have guaranteed communication as TCP.
UDP on port 14008 provides an unreliable service and datagrams may arrive duplicated, out of order, or missing without notice. UDP on port 14008 thinks that error checking and correction is not necessary or performed in the application, avoiding the overhead of such processing at the network interface level.

UDP (User Datagram Protocol) is a minimal message-oriented Transport Layer protocol (protocol is documented in IETF RFC 768).
    And of course Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_Datagram_Protocol
