Security for a startup
I am currently an intern at a startup this summer and am researching what security products they need.
Does anyone have recommendations on the criteria in which I should have for the security suites? What are the basic things we would need?

I agree.
Bad actors are relentless and continuously improving their breaching techniques.
o Use AntiVirus and AntiMalware on All Devices
o Keep Hardware and Software Updated
o Enforce the use of Strong Passwords (Paswoord Manager)
o Enable Two-Factor/Multi-Factor Authentication
o Use Good Anti-Phishing Practices
o Provide Ongoing Workplace Education
A cybersecurity officer/external group can help you keep up with the latest tactics, educate your workforce, administer mock phishing attacks so employees know what to look for, etc., etc.
Stay vigilant and never fall behind on updating your cybersecurity.
