WHAT IS PROXY SERVER AND PROXY SITES

A proxy server is actually a computer on the internet with its own IP address. So whenever you send a web request, your request Firstly goes to that server. Then it gives your web request on your behalf from Proxy site, gets the response from the web server, and forwards you the filtered, more protected and guarded web page data and warns you if the site is not guarded in order to protect your Privacy and Information.

It’s an intermediary server separating end-user client, you, from the destinations that you browse.

Your explanation of proxy servers and proxy sites is spot on! Proxy servers act as intermediaries between users and the internet, providing an extra layer of protection and privacy.
By routing web requests through a proxy server, users can enjoy a more guarded online experience. It not only filters web content but also warns about potential security risks, ensuring your privacy and information remain safeguarded.
If anyone is looking to explore proxy sites further or understand how they work, resources like PyProxy.com can provide valuable information and options. It's great to see you sharing knowledge about online security and privacy.
