There are lot of platforms from where you can hire a blogger. Such as; Freelance, Upwork, Linkdin, Internsala and many more. You can also find a blogger on social media platforms, like; Facebook, Instagram. You just have to be clear in your vision what you are looking for in a blogger and how the blogger can help you.

When looking to hire a blogger, it is important to consider the type of content they produce, their writing style and general approach to blog posts. Consider what value they can bring to your brand in terms of promotion and visibility. It may be useful to review previous work done by the blogger in order to decide whether they would be the right person for the job. Also, setting goals and expectations together should help you assess whether a particular candidate would be suitable for your needs - both in terms of skills as well as dedication and commitment. Lastly, ensure you are able to communicate easily with them in order to ensure cohesive working relationships and quality results.
Speaking of platforms, I only use Linkedin. That is quite enough.
