You can also find a blogger on social media platforms, like; Facebook, Instagram. You just have to be clear in your vision what you are looking for in a blogger and how the blogger can help you.

When looking to hire a blogger, it is important to consider the type of content they produce, their writing style and general approach to blog posts. Consider what value they can bring to your brand in terms of promotion and visibility. It may be useful to review previous work done by the blogger in order to decide whether they would be the right person for the job. Also, setting goals and expectations together should help you assess whether a particular candidate would be suitable for your needs - both in terms of skills as well as dedication and commitment. Lastly, ensure you are able to communicate easily with them in order to ensure cohesive working relationships and quality results.

Speaking of platforms, I only use Linkedin. That is quite enough.

Digital marketing can indeed be a powerful tool for growing your business, and hiring a blogger can be a great way to help promote your brand and increase your online visibility. The process of hiring a blogger can vary depending on your specific needs and goals, but here are some general steps you can follow:

Define your goals: Before you start looking for a blogger, it's important to have a clear idea of what you want to achieve with your blog. Determine your target audience, the types of content you want to create, and the goals you hope to accomplish through your blog.

Research bloggers: Once you have a clear idea of what you're looking for, start researching bloggers who specialize in your niche or industry. Look for bloggers who have a strong following, a track record of producing high-quality content, and a good understanding of your target audience.

Evaluate their work: Before you hire a blogger, take the time to review their portfolio and read some of their previous blog posts. Look for bloggers who have a writing style that matches your brand's tone and voice, and who have experience creating content that resonates with your target audience.

Reach out to bloggers: Once you've identified some bloggers you're interested in working with, reach out to them to discuss your project and get a sense of their availability and pricing. Be sure to provide a clear outline of your expectations, including the type and frequency of content you're looking for, your budget, and your overall goals for the project.

Negotiate terms: Once you've found a blogger you're interested in working with, negotiate the terms of your agreement. Be sure to clarify the scope of the project, the timeline for delivery, and the payment terms.

Regarding the process mentioned by your friend, it's difficult to say whether it's completely correct or not without knowing the specifics. However, the steps I outlined above should give you a good starting point for hiring a blogger to help grow your business.
