SysWow64 opens automatically every now and then

From the last two days, SysWow64 folder automatically opens in the Explorer. Is this due to any driver/startup-program issue or malware ?

I am using "G Data Total Security" from a long time but this issue started from the last two days.

Not exactly on every boot. Sometimes after an hour or so.

Have you considered checking the startup programs and drivers on your system to identify any potential causes for the SysWow64 folder opening intermittently, and have you found any relevant information in the provided link?
