Cryptography
Hello everyone....I wonder if someone can help me with a cryptography problem, I tried for days and I ran out of ideas
A company with 3 buildings, 3 floors on each building and 3 offices on each floor receive a mail from one building's administration. The mail contains the text: "6654150363 3603 065727121557 605403425772366603 7+2 390354602715 6+28" and the image below. What is the message before encoding? Hint: frequency
