Hi there,
Phishing attacks can be a real challenge, especially when you?re running a site. Here are a few practical steps to help protect your site and users:
Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): MFA adds an additional layer of security, making it harder for attackers to gain access, even if they have compromised credentials.
Regular Security Training: Educate yourself and your team on recognizing phishing emails and websites. This includes being cautious of unsolicited emails, attachments, and links, and verifying sources before sharing sensitive information.
Use Anti-Phishing Software: Many security providers offer software that can detect and block phishing attempts before they reach your users. Implementing these tools can help reduce risk.
Domain Monitoring and Verification: Regularly check for any domains similar to yours that could be used in phishing attempts. Report and take down any fraudulent sites that mimic your brand.
Stay Updated on the Latest Phishing Tactics: Phishers continuously evolve their methods, so staying informed is crucial.
By incorporating these practices, you can significantly reduce the likelihood of successful phishing attacks. Good luck, and feel free to reach out if you need further assistance!

Strong passwords and 2FA are great, but training people to spot phishing is just as important. One thing that really helps is making security awareness training a regular thing, not just a one-time course. Also, ISO 27001 Compliance can make a huge difference since it pushes companies to put proper security controls in place, including policies that reduce phishing risks through better access management and employee awareness programs.

To stop phishing attacks on your site, follow these steps:
1. **Enable HTTPS** ? Use an SSL certificate to encrypt data.
2. **Use Security Plugins** ? If you're using WordPress, install plugins like Wordfence or Sucuri.
3. **Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)** ? Protect admin accounts with 2FA.
4. **Monitor and Scan for Malware** ? Use tools like Google Search Console, Sucuri, or SiteLock.
5. **Update Software Regularly** ? Keep CMS, themes, and plugins updated.
6. **Use a Web Application Firewall (WAF)** ? Services like Cloudflare or Sucuri can help block attacks.
7. **Check for Phishing Pages** ? Search Google for `"site:yourdomain.com"` to see if attackers have added fake pages.
8. **Report and Takedown Fake Pages** ? If someone is impersonating your site, report it to Google Safe Browsing.
