    I found that some unnecessary data was sent back to the server when the software was

    CROWD STRONE I think this name is very suitable. What is the claim plan?

    I suggest you have to talk to their customer service first to see what's going on. If it's really a problem with their software, of course, I'd have to get a lawyer friend to take a look at it for me, so as not to complicate the matter. Now the key is to clarify the situation, and then think of a way.

    It's a good idea to contact customer care first to figure out what's going on with the program. If it turns out to be a serious problem on their end, hiring a lawyer may be beneficial to prevent compounding the matter. Clarifying the issue is critical before taking any further action.
