It would be pretty darn nice if when you signed up for an account on the main site, it would automatically create one on the IT career site if you wanted.
The career site is in ASP while the main is PHP, though, so I assume there are different web apps behind them thus causing the problem of synchronization
Avatars would be pretty cool once the load problems subside.
