its still not better than win3.1 i still use it on a ibm i have freakin old but its more realiable

Well thats just not true, i used 3.1 for years and have been using w2k for a couple of years now as well, w2k is far more reliable.

I'm thinking about installing win2k on my computer but I don't know if i should go with xp. I am running win98 right now. Can anyone give me some pointers or advice? (and, no....i won't go back to 3.1 hell. oh how i hate you 3.1)

Why do so many people here seem to like Win 3.1???
If you wanna talk about compatibility problems, then there's your winner right there!
And NetBEUI was a sad excuse for a protocol!
