one of the problems
As I see it one of the biggest problems with the euro is that europe is still alot of different countries. If one of the countries economy is going bonkers the option of devaluating the currency is lost with the euro. Hence making the smaller countries more vulnerable.
Oh, another thing with the new euro coin is that it contains nickel. and nickel allergy sucks!

a more intresting subject is: do you also think that europe will outstrip The US of A, cause I really hope so.. and it will probably be so.. (if I have to believe all those ministers)
I don't believe it will. It started at (I believe) 1.18, and has dropped to .88 against the US dollar. This is not at all bad, just not what was expected.

I dont know if you thought about this yourself, 'cause I personally dont think a some bigger toerists brange will make a real differance in the US economics
but if you heard it on the news or something... I believe you

that doesnt say ****!!! the dollar rises and drops all the time.
the big differance is only because its new, when it stabilises it will probably rise alot. (not sure if this is a correct sentence)

<haughty American>
Well, guys, at least the American dollar is respected Too bad you can't say that for your Euros.
</haughty American>
But hey, why does it matter what the money looks like? If you don't like it, you can glue little thumbnail-sized pictures of hot chicks on there... or make your own currency! It could be the size of a sheet of notebook paper! And you could fold it! And it could be customizeable and all!!!
Or, you could just move to America and be happy

I know you\'re out there. I can feel you now. I know that you\'re afraid. You\'re afraid of us. You\'re afraid of change. I don\'t know the future. I didn\'t come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it\'s going to begin. I\'m going to hang up this phone, and then I\'m going to show these people what you don\'t want them to see. I\'m going to show them a world without you, a world without rules and controls, without borders or boundaries. A world where anything is possible. Where we go from there is a choice I leave to you.
