    AO has a decent search capability .. whether it be for reading about linux or windoze or whatever..

    Firstly, welcome to AO.

    I must agree with thesecretfire, I am of the opinion that no matter what OS you use they all have their vulnerabilities. It is better to have a appropriately hardened Win98 OS, as opposed to a non-hardened Linux OS.
