I don't know in how far the microsoft monopoly will influence this..
I think noone can disrupt a whole nations military communications.. not even just the net communication.
But if cuba trains a lot of good hackers I think they'll come a great length..

I think if it can down to it, the U.S. goverment would give cuba a resonce that they wouldn't want. If anyone here doesn't think that u.s. goverment groups don't have conter attacks for such a sinario then you are WRONG. I would gather that the worst thing ever to happen to any computer would be for it to have the NSA, CIA, DND, DAD, and FBI on it's ass.

lkennedy> Don't forget the AFIWC (Air Force Information Warfar Center) which is a dedicated group of hackers in the Air force. Then there is the Navy team, but I can't remember there name. Not sure if either the army or coast guard have dedicated teams, but they probably don't need them anyway.

Like someone said earlier, they cant bring down the whole military comms...but i think that if they put enough people together..they can do it..and that scares me. Come on..we are the US..we shouldn't have to worry about this..

I doubt Cuba has the people with the right knowledge and technology, seeing that almost nobody is "online"
Besides Fidel isn´t planning on revenge after al these years.
And Compman you should worry about this and stop thinking that the US is immune to attacks, look at september 11th.
