Hours? You must mean days.. I once stayed at my computer 2 days in a row (no sleep), I had a huge term paper due I actually looked like my avatar after I was finally done.

ac1d... been there before. Only 1 real difference. I wasn't working on a school paper. It was back in 90/91, I was using a mud for 72 hours straight. Only time I wasn't in from of the computer was when I had to piss....and once when my mom made me eat dinner (but I didn't log off).

If you mean internet I'd say 2 to 3 per day. If you mean doing something w/a computer (ie writing code in a networked environment I'd 12 to 14 [internet + coding])
If you spend more on coffee than on IT security, you will be hacked. What\'s more, you deserve to be hacked.

I actually just drop in and out of the net during the day.

School->home, net for an hour or two, check forums, e-mail etc.-> do something->back on for an hour or two to see if anything is happening and then drop into IRC before bed.

On weekends I spend a good few hours browsing also.

I wish to express my gratitude to the people of Italy. Thank you for inventing pizza.

    I am on and off,
I am on computers mostly during the weekdays, I am also a sysadmin, so my job calls for computer involvement. But even at home I am on the computer& internet for about 8+ hours then on the weekends, mostly fridays and saturdays I go out to a club or something just to drink and listen to some rave or techno. I go alone but is is still good fun! That is my life in a paragraph.
