Do you use Windows?
You can stop the program by using the taskmanager.
To stop it from running with every start of your os you schould run msconfig,
systemstart and there you can decide wich programs may run by starting your system.

You can disable it by going into win.ini or go to Start/run then type msconfig and hit ENTER.
