I have found neotrace to be a great program to use. I personally would recommend it.

It all depends on what you want to use it for. Thats like saying is notepad a good program? Well yes notepad is good, unless you want to do a lot of text formating, then notepad sucks.

In general though, neotrace is a good program and does exactly what it claims. No more no less.

Neotrace is good, but if you want to trace someone around your area visually, it doesn't give you much detail. I think it's mostly suited for the American's since the site that neotrace uses to grab the map details, resides in america.

neo is not bad but i personaly would use this:
zone alarm log analyser is not that bad too.
install zone alarm + zone alarm log analyser and you have grafical trace route and the best of all it's free...

Neotrace is nice, but it's not free, they're other free alternatives out there that work fine, I bet the map isn't 100% accurate.

As a user of NeoTrace, I would reccomend it. It gives you a nice map and everything. The addreses. They did a wonderful job with it.
