When the word 'breed' is used, it seems insensitive.
This is exactly the communications breakdown that makes a lot of guys think women are crazy.
I don't want to speak for the person who used the word breed, but I can formulate a guess that it wasn't meant as a sensitive or insensitive remark. He wasn't talking about you having a child, or any other specific person, just the species in general. Women analyze everything said, when the fact is most guys say things at face value, where interpretation is only going to muddle the intent.
On the flip side you women never say anything at face value, to understand what you mean everything has to be analyzed... stop it already!

Urgh! For the life of me, I can't understand why so many people consider homosexuality a "lifestyle". That's like saying having brown eyes or a big nose is a "lifestyle". Is the fact that you were born heterosexual a "lifestyle"? In my mind, the word "lifestyle" denotes choice. It's just not that way....
As for it "not being flaunted in your face". What exactly do you mean by that? Homosexuality is OK so long as those that are homosexual stay hidden in caves somewhere? It's OK for heterosexuals to hold hands while they walk in the park, to give a peck on the cheek when they drop their spouse off at work, or a hug when they win the big stuffed giraffe at an amusement park. But, if two homosexuals do this, it's "fags flaunting their homosexuality in public."
I, for one, am tired of having to make sure that I don't make "straight people" uncomfortable in public. Relationships are difficult enough, but when you add the extra burden of having your love for someone shunned by the majority of society, it's amazing that any homosexual relationship survives at all. I'm proud to say, that despite it all, i'm a success story.

Mothers raise their sons to be dependant on a woman then raise their daughters not to take care of a man. tell me thats good thinking.
You meet a woman who want to do everything for you, Don't do that, ill do it for you. you dont have to do that, i want to do it. This will turn into 'how come you don't do anything around here?' ...huh? if you meet a woman who wants to do everything for you, run.
sexuality is a pain in the ass, like race. hard core lesbians make the best friends.
Bukhari:V3B48N826 “The Prophet said, ‘Isn’t the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?’ The women said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is because of the deficiency of a woman’s mind.’”

Re: urgh!
Well, I have an uncle who is gay, so it isn't as if I'm Mr. Insulated... Maybe it was a mistake to participate in a thread of such volatility... I'm trying to find examples for 'flaunt' which don't have great misinterpretation-value.
Maybe I ought to amend it to:
"I think Homosexuality is fine, so long as I don't run into one of the sligthly-off-kilter I-want-attention-through-whatever-means-I-possess people which exist within any given group of humanity."
I dunno. Must mediate on it.

Flauting displays of homosexuality and heterosexuality are both something to be avoided IMDO. Why can't people just get a room?

I don't see the connection between computer security and your carpet munching habits. But maybe I'm totally missing the point.
