I shall not be colocating with any of those company for sure the monthly bandwidth allowance is two expensive. I'll keep my server where they are at present because i don't get charged on bandwidth and one of my client site has an avarage of 4.44 GB of data transfer a Month. I may have to discuss with my current colocation on possibity of me using my own server instead of theirs.
The all business of bandwidth allowance is a bit complicated to me. Is it calculate on http data transfer or it includes every type of data and connection(ftp,smtp,pop3)?
