Then you are pretty much going to have to bounce your traffic off of a proxy server...
There is only one constant, one universal, it is the only real truth: causality. Action. Reaction. Cause and effect...There is no escape from it, we are forever slaves to it. Our only hope, our only peace is to understand it, to understand the 'why'. 'Why' is what separates us from them, you from me. 'Why' is the only real social power, without it you are powerless.

if by 'on the internet" you mean visiting web sites and getting files, they have to know where to send the web pages and files. servers serve files, they deliver them to you, if they don't have an address, even a proxy address they can't do that.
so a proxy is the only way to hide your address 'on the intternet'

Yes, Tedob1 is right - some address, whether it be the IP address of a proxy or your IP address, is going to be exposed at a minimum just so the servers you are accessing can return information to your machine. There are methods of protection you can employ (use of hw, sw firewalls, proper configuration of your NetBIOS settings, etc) to ensure that you are protected as much as possible. The name of your machine isn't going to be exposed, in most cases, to the outside world - but your IP will have to be.

I'm assuming that one of the reasons you want to hide your IP address without going through a proxy is because you are on dial-up and you speeds may be slowed a little by going through a proxy? If I were you, I would download a good sw firewall (search the Forums here for good advice, there have been many discussions about this previously). Make sure that firewall is properly configured, along with your network settings.

Unleashed maybe lists in cyberarmy doesnt work.
Check out http://www.multiproxy.org/anon_list.htm .You can get
a lot of working ones. Just download their software and check all
these proxies if they work or not. Its pretty simple and works fast.
And thanx to all the guys who helped me on this.

Unleashed they do. I know there are proxy whih laims to be anonymous but will forward your real ip.
But there are real anonymous ones to which can be found using the method as i said above.
To check if they are really anonymous you can check your ip in sites such as
www.ip-address.com. chain them for increasing your anonymity..
