I think a better solution to the problem would be to castrate the sickos without anesthesia and then let them sit in a solitary confinement cell under complete sensory deprivation for the rest of their lives,so they have nothing to do but think about what they did and how they wouldn't be in that situation if they hadn't done it.It may sound a little extreme, but I bet it would nearly eliminate those types of crimes.

Just kill the people who do this crap, as for the GPS etc. No way in hell should they do that to children soon that would mean everyone has a GPS device in them and that would mean that institutions would have too much knowledge of our where abouts. Yes, that could cut down a lot of problems. You would know who was where during a crime etc. but the rights of too many innocent people would be infringed upon.
There are many problems in the world and taking some away to help solve other ones, just makes new ones.

Hey Joey, they might not be too far from that. Anyone have any information on the Veri-Chip. I remember seeing that on Tech Tv not too long ago. One idiot family already volunteered to get themselves implanted. To me, that's really scary. I'm not sure if they got the implant or not. Can anyone back me up on this one?

We should just kill them...
We should just as other people said, kill the people that abduct or molest or whatever, children. Because I mean, in jail, are they gonna have some spiritual experience and then become a good person and go to charities giving large amounts of money? No. Once they get out, they will have 1. A bigger *******. 2. A sore *******. 3. And an urge to abduct another child. It's like the same thing for serial killers. I mean, it's not like they are a credit to society or anything. I bet their parent's disown them, so why? Why let them out? Cause it's inhumane to kill them? Bullshit. You kill them it will, A: Be a warning to all those other bastard's that do the same crap. B: Get rid of one of them. It's really pointless.

GPS implants are introduced as optional "for your own safety". The media starts covering all the crimes that have been prevented because of GPS implants. Years go by as GPSs are hyped more and more, until one day you have to request that they NOT put the chip in your child's neck at birth. Eventually this will become law. During this time new "features" are added to the GPS chip, such as medical information....for your own safety. Then contact information. The misc personal info, including family members and their addresses. Then it will contain everything about you. Then the latest feature will be unveiled... Why carry a wallet or a purse when you can pay with your chip? One day all paper money is destroyed and you must have your chip in order to make purchases.
Convenience store clerk: "I can't seem to read the barcode on the back of your neck sir, could you please move your hair aside? Hmmm....what does that number read?"

Slightly off topic, but not so much...
If anyone else has noticed, with all this havoc that has been going on. More and more conspiracy theorist are alos getting attention. I feel that this should be considered an illness more than a theory. Have you ever noticed how frigity and paranoid these individuals are. I think these individuals have more of a fear of technology than anything else. The US Government has more than enough information about everyone already. Why would they have to implant us with devices, and hide this, and track us this way. I have nothing against these individuals nor their way of life, I just have this deep feeling in is more of a fear of technology and an illness.

You never know who gets access to where you are when you got
one of these chips. I can think of too many abuses for them by
people who shouldn't get access that I'm all against putting chips
on everybody.
This could be an aid for criminals, would be blackmailers and as-
sassins in the future. Think about it.

I think you are more focused on the stereo-type (CT). As far as illness goes, I don't know if I would consider it an illness. I don't believe it is a healthy mentality, and could lead to serious mental issues and problems as time goes by. If an individual becomes obsessed with the mind state that everyone is out to get him, it may lead to changes in his lifestyle, serious depression, irratic behaviors, and soon that individual could be a threat to society. Maybe even a walking time bomb, but I don't believe every (CT) is that way. I think it has become more of a hobby, and left at that. I guess if you are scared of conspiracy, and paranoid someone is after you. That is unhealthy, but if someone uses educated research to question a cover up, and is pressed to find out the truth. I don't think that is as serious. I guess that is just my opinion of the fact. I'm sure someone in the community may be able to clear it up more...

Now, that is a scary thought. Someone pays a hitman to take you out, and gives them your GPS information.

child abductions
The media is always focusing on somthing to get the public scared... like last summer's "summer of the shark" where every shark attack that happened was blasted all over the news for months, yet in reality, the shark attack rate went down to its lowest in almost 5 years. this is the same thing, kids get abducted all the time, the media doesnt give a crap untill its a rich or famous person, then its big news, this year they got such high ratings from the van damme girl, then elizabeth smart, then they caught **** for not reporting any of the hundreds of thousands of abductions that happen every day, so they started a trend. As for what we should do about it, the GPS tags would work, were it not for the fact that statistically, most kids who are abducted and killed are dead within the first 24 hours and it takes twice that to get a warrant for anyhting else, musch less something as contraversial as this. Am I wrong?

If the implant was smal and subdermal, and more importantly, SCRABELED for any one other than un-authorised user's, say, the paretn's in conjunction with a governing body like the police could unlock it and pin-point the individual.....but people are way to paranoid (weather there is something to it or not is another question), it will never bew implemented..
