I can offer domains for $9.00, but you can probably find a better deal on the 'net. Also, namezero.com used to offer free domains, but they discontinued that. You probably won't find free domains on the net, but you can find some cheap ones. Mine is $9.00/yr. but you can find better than that. Some offer $5.00/yr, and that's awesome. Hope I helped!

EDIT: CJB.NET offers a nice free re-direction thing. Dot.tk also does, but if you don't want that, cjb.net is another alternative. My best advice is to go for AO's redirection service.
