    AOL wins $7 million after suing spammers

    America Online has won a court judgment for nearly $7 million in damages against what it termed a "spam ring" that bombarded AOL members with junk e-mail about adult Web sites.

    oh yeah, i read that in the newspaper today also.
    but would that explain the unlimited amount of spam we have experienced at AOL recently ?
