Well... you know that even though you thought you deleted them... they are still on your HD.
Unless you did a secure delete....
You or anyone else can recover files you "deleted" with some recovery tools...
Just in case you change your mind
Just don't start installing stuff and doing defrags... That will overwrite your data and make it harder to recover. Unless you don't want to be able to recover it...

There are a host of others out there.
I'm still looking for a utility that will find "deleted" files and wipe em out indefinately.
Then, maybe I can get rid of some of these old hard drives that I pull out of old boxes.
Quitmzilla is a firefox extension that gives you stats on how long you have quit smoking, how much money you\'ve saved, how much you haven\'t smoked and recent milestones. Very helpful for people who quit smoking and used to smoke at their computers... Helps out with the urges.

The best way to permantly delete already deleted files is to wipe the free space with one of the many "cleaner" progs. I don't know of any that specifically search for already deleted files and wipe them.
But if you think wiping all the free space on HDDs will take too much time you can use an undelete prog like the ones you linked and then wipe them with a cleaner removing any evidence of their existance.
