Port redirectors can be used to get from the inside of a packet filtering firewall to the outside and not from the outside in right? Anyone know of a good port redirector for linux?

I know that linux can be more fun setting up as a port re-director..... But I find for reliability a good Linksys router does the same thing as you discribe.
