A very good adware and spyware remover is SPYSweeper, it puts the wares in a quarintine folder for you to delete or do whatever you like it also gives some explanation as too what the specific wares you found do.

jibo does this look like yr C:\WINDOWS\User32 folder.lol seems like a trojan to me heh,
kazaa wont upload/download to other folders unless u changed it from the default but then again u could have a blonde day and share yr root drive just like one customer i had to help heh,
