Rebuilding Project
Im rebuilding An old cpu....See post...Exe Errors.....I need suggestions for the following
Security software
Os
harddrive
Prossesors
sound card
Video card
any thing else i missed
Ps....Money isnt an issue..feel free to go all out

If money isn't an issue, then why not buy a new PC. Second what is the PC going to be used for? Diffrent hardware, OS, and Software all work better for diffrent applications.
i.e. If you were going to be running a server, a cheap system running linux would sufice, but If you wanted to do some serious video editing I would go with a dual proccessor Mac G5 with FCP 4.0
Come back with a little more info, and money is always an issue.

If you want an "all out" desktop system..
I'd get me a MSI K7D Master with a GeForce FX video card.. and some DVD burner..
My os would have to be Slackware, becouse I think "Simplicity is devine !!"
