If money isnt an issue, how about you just buy the ****ing earth simulator? Alternatively, if you want a machine for practical use, how about a 122 Ghz Pentium 4 PC with 5 617 GB hds and a cd-wr-rwr-drwxr-xr-x 3-way burning/dvd/vcd/mp3 playing drive and a 37 Ghz L7 cache, a 58 inch flat moniter (LCD or Plasma, your choice) with 2134x5654 resolution AND (and you'll really love this, considering your budget) a 400 Gbps cable connection capped to 1 kbps, routed through several dedicated OC-255 powered machines which are on T460 redirectors.
Of course, you will have to fund the research and development needed to create some of the aforementioned equipment, but hey - money is no object, right?
