MS-DOS Sscreen going blank
The problem with my system is with the MS-DOS,,, when I go there, the dos prompts open in a window and then when I expand it ( by clicking the four arrows). The Dos prompt open and everything works fine till I have o exit the Dos prompt.
When I have to return to windows I give the exit command then every thing goes balnk and then I have to reboot the system.
Even when I have to return to windows by Alt+Tab then every thing goes balnk and then I have to reboot the system.
If I use the Dos in the window then everything works fine.
Please, help me out.

I have come across this before, but some time ago and I cannot quite remember what the answer was. Would you try a little experiment:
Before you come out of DOS can you shrink the box back to smaller than the window that it opens in? See if that makes a difference.
I seem to think that I had the problem with SETI or Folding @ Home, but I could be wrong?
Cheers

You're probably running short on RAM or something with memory management is wrong... I also have the same problem when I run a game that has high FPS or something a little more complex like Lightwave..
